As a Civils Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all civil and structural works on-site. You’ll ensure that construction activities are carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, while working closely with project stakeholders to meet key milestones.

The Civils Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Study and interpret civil/structural drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities in coordination with the project manager.
- Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Supervise the execution of all civil works on-site.
- Ensure accurate implementation of drawings, levels, alignments, and dimensions.
- Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Manage site resources including labour, equipment, and tools for efficient workflow.
- Inspect civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Verify the delivery and quality of civil construction materials.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of all materials on-site.
- Report delays, obstructions, and technical issues to the project manager.
- Record concrete pours, cube test results, and inspection approvals.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, snag lists, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure all works are snag-free prior to consultant/client inspections.
- The Civils Manager support the preparation of handover documents, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
