About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team for a prestigious luxury development in the Caribbean. This project includes a high-end hotel and privately owned villas, requiring exceptional attention to detail and quality finishes. The successful candidate will oversee site operations and ensure the timely delivery of world-class standards.

Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage finishing works:
• Carpentry and joinery
• Window and door installation
• High-quality interior and exterior finishes
• Coordinate site activities and maintain project timelines.
• Manage documentation using standard forms and Dropbox.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and site teams.

Construction Manager Profile:

• Hands-on experience in finishing work is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes.
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, spreadsheets).
• Ability to manage site documentation and workflows.
• Flexible and adaptable to remote island living conditions.

Construction Manager Qualifications:

• No mandatory certifications required; experience is key.
• Must provide:
• Police record
• Valid passport (minimum 2 years)
• Birth certificate
• Relevant qualifications (for record purposes)

Construction Manager Work Schedule:

• 6 days per week initially; may increase to 7 days near project completion.
• 4 weeks annual holiday (some during Christmas).
