As Front Office Manager, you will oversee guest services, night operations, bell staff, and water sports teams, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the highest standards of hospitality. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest journey, mentoring your team, and driving innovation in service delivery.

Front Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support front office teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
- Provide guidance to supervisory staff, helping them set goals and develop professionally.
- Oversee service standards across all front office areas, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Conduct daily checks on cleanliness, hygiene, and service procedures, taking corrective action when needed.
- Manage scheduling, vacation planning, and payroll using efficient manpower strategies.
- Ensure accurate reporting from night managers and maintain high standards in night audit procedures.
- Assist in developing SOPs and implementing new processes to enhance team performance.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain effective communication between the Rooms Division Manager and front office teams.
- Support training initiatives and identify development needs across the department.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of operational supplies.
- Participate in guest interactions, feedback collection, and service recovery efforts.
- Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Cover night shifts when required and maintain flexibility across all front office functions.
- Promote team morale and a positive work environment through leadership and collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of international experience in luxury hospitality, with 3 years in a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven leadership in multicultural environments, preferably within the Caribbean.
Proficiency in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
Experience working in remote or island-based locations is highly desirable.
Caribbean experience would be a plus.
