About the Role

This senior leadership position combines finance oversight, corporate governance, and IT management. You will ensure compliance, optimize performance, and provide strategic insights to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for multiple entities.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive cash flow optimization, treasury management, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Serve as Corporate Secretary, managing governance, board documentation, and legal compliance.
  • Oversee IT strategy, cybersecurity, and systems integration to support business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or professional designation (CGA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement systems, and deliver results under strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technologically proficient with experience in financial systems and IT governance.
