Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and oversight of all offline marketing initiatives, brand identity, and public relations for a world-class resort.

In this role, you will serve as the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints and internal communications. You will collaborate with revenue-generating departments to design high-impact campaigns and creative assets that enhance guest engagement, elevate brand visibility, and drive revenue. This hands-on position is ideal for an organized, innovative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline Campaign Execution & Revenue Support

  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Spa, Weddings, and Reservations teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Develop in-resort and offsite collateral, including menus, brochures, signage, and event materials.
  • Manage campaign calendars to ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Provide copywriting and creative support for departmental revenue initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between offline campaigns and digital/commercial initiatives.

Creative Asset Management & Production Oversight

  • Lead the creative process, delivering high-quality, brand-consistent assets.
  • Manage external vendors, including printers and merchandise suppliers, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
  • Oversee proofing and quality control of all offline deliverables.
  • Ensure timely distribution of approved materials to stakeholders.

Brand Guardianship & Development

  • Own and evolve the resort’s luxury brand identity in collaboration with leadership.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all departments and external partners.
  • Review visual and written materials to safeguard tone of voice and brand integrity.
  • Align offline branding with digital initiatives in coordination with the Digital Marketing Officer.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Lead PR initiatives, managing relationships with local and international media, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Draft and approve press releases and editorial content aligned with brand storytelling standards.
  • Build strategic partnerships to increase media coverage in luxury and travel sectors.
  • Amplify authentic resort stories through earned media opportunities.

Internal Marketing & Communications

  • Develop internal communications to enhance employee engagement and campaign awareness.
  • Ensure departments receive timely collateral and understand campaign objectives.
  • Track internal requests and workflows accurately to maintain efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management within luxury hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven success in campaign development, creative direction, and supplier management.
  • Experience managing end-to-end creative production with a strong portfolio of offline materials.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with print production standards, timelines, and cross-platform brand alignment.
