Are you an experienced MEP Supervisor seeking a dynamic opportunity in the Caribbean? Join a leading real estate and development team managing high-end residential and hospitality projects across the region. This role offers the chance to oversee critical MEP operations while contributing to the delivery of world-class infrastructure in some of the most exclusive locations.

As an MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site. You’ll work closely with project managers and subcontractors to maintain quality, safety, and compliance across all MEP activities.

The MEP Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site execution of HVAC, fire fighting, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including inspection requests, method statements, and daily logs.
• Ensure all work aligns with approved shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce proper installation practices.
• Report daily progress and site challenges to the project manager.
• Inspect and verify MEP installations for compliance with industry standards and codes.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Support testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Enforce safety protocols during all MEP-related activities.
• Draft jobwork contracts for internal MEP crews.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
