What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pool and Beach Manager will be leading a team of pool pros and beach buffs to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Planning schedules, organizing team briefings, and keeping operations flowing like a lazy river.
- Making sure every towel is fluffed, every umbrella is upright, and every guest is smiling.
- Handling team training, hiring, and performance chats with a splash of positivity.
- Keeping track of gear, supplies, and making sure the beach toys are ready to roll.
- Ensuring safety standards are top-notch — CPR and first aid knowledge are a must!
- Reporting wins and waves to senior leadership and keeping everyone in the loop.
As Pool And Beach Manager You’ll Need:
- Pool and Beach Manager, will need strong swimming skills and confidence with non-motorized water sports.
- A cool head for handling team dynamics and guest feedback.
- Organizational wizardry and a love for multitasking.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or food & beverage management (bonus points for beachside vibes).
- Tech-savvy with admin systems (Micros knowledge is a plus).
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
