About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Construction Project Lead Project Manager to manage high-end building projects from start to finish. This role requires a confident leader who can coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional results while maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates to come from a carpentry trades background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Manager to lead construction projects through all phases—from planning to handover.
- Control budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Understand client needs and conduct feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to develop cost plans and financial forecasts.
- Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Organize and maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and drawings.
- Review and distribute updated drawings to site teams.
- Set daily objectives and delegate tasks to site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Liaise with architects and design teams to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Host weekly project meetings to report on financials, workforce, and challenges.
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules and activities.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
- Approve shop drawings and support documentation processes.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Provide weekly updates and photo reports to stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Administration:
- Project Manager to mentor and support field staff to promote growth and performance.
- Communicate staffing needs to HR for project scaling.
- Submit weekly timesheets for payroll processing.
- Enforce safety protocols and lead weekly safety briefings.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Complete administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

- Knowledgeable in construction documentation and safety compliance.
