Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-end residential and commercial construction projects? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team and lead construction projects from inception to completion, and happy to work in a remote environment on a single status.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects. This includes managing on-site teams, subcontractors, cost estimation, scheduling, quality control, and client communications. You will serve as the primary point of contact for architects, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and internal departments.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and procurement processes.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, inspections, change orders, and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits, manage punch lists, and ensure zero-defect project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential or commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and other project management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
