What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team up with our Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Managers to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Dive into architectural, structural, and MEP plans to extract quantities like a pro.
• Build tender packages, contracts, and budgets that make clients say “wow.”
• Negotiate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers like a seasoned diplomat.
• Track materials, deliveries, and long-lead items like a logistics ninja.
• Keep our inventory lean, mean, and ready to roll.
• Review invoices, prep payments, and manage cost codes with precision.
• Create change orders, pay requests, and job costing reports that shine.
• Use Procore and Sage like a digital wizard to keep everything organized.
• Be the go-to guru for procurement strategy and cost-saving magic.

• A construction-savvy professional with Quantity Surveyor experience and a passion for procurement.
• A Quantity Surveyor math whiz who knows their geometry from their trigonometry.
