About the Role

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a lifestyle change and a rewarding career in paradise? Our client, a well-established PQS consultancy operating across the Caribbean, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You’ll be involved in high-profile projects across hospitality, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, delivering expert cost consultancy services from inception to completion. This will be a great start to your career overseas in the Caribbean.

Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and procurement strategies
• Manage pre- and post-contract QS duties including valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Contribute to team development
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ experience, ideally with  PQS and international exposure
• MRICS or working towards chartership preferred
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Willingness to relocate or travel within the Caribbean region
