As Real Estate Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, enhancing market visibility, and ensuring the competitiveness of a world-class residential and hospitality portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in luxury markets and has the vision to elevate brand presence on an international scale.

The Real Estate Sales Director Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, CBI Director, and Hotel General Manager to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to deliver consistent high performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with realtors, agencies, corporate clients, and media outlets.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven senior-level sales experience in luxury real estate or hospitality, ideally with branded residences.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance vision and execution.
