The Resort Manager Job Role

As Resort Manager, you will:

• Oversee all day-to-day resort operations, including:
• Front Desk & Concierge
• Food & Beverage Outlets & Kitchen
• Spa & Gym
• Events & Functions
• Housekeeping (Public Areas & Laundry)
• Maintenance, Landscaping & Property Upkeep
• Security
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Drive financial performance while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability.
• Act as the key ambassador of the resort, representing the brand to guests, partners, and the community.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience as a Resort Manager or in senior hotel management.
• Strong background in multi-department operations and team management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, guest-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
• Experience in Caribbean or island-based hospitality operations is a strong advantage.
