We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark, high-end construction project in the Caribbean. This is a rare opportunity to work on a prestigious, large-scale build for a discerning international client, involving bespoke architecture, premium materials, and world-class consultants.You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction through to handover—ensuring the highest standards of quality, discretion, and delivery excellence.

The Role Of Senior Project Manager

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a multi-million-dollar luxury construction project.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including design development, procurement, construction, and close-out.
• Liaise with architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with the client’s vision.
• Ensure strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Implement and monitor robust project controls, reporting, and risk management strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, given the high-profile nature of the client.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and accountability.

What We`re Looking For

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Proven track record delivering luxury builds (villas, estates, resorts, or branded residences) valued at $20M+.
• Senior Project Manager to have strong knowledge of international building standards, tropical construction methods, and remote site logistics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with UHNW clients or private family offices is highly desirable.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to the Caribbean for the duration of the project
