Talent Consultant Role & Responsibilities

As a Talent Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and supporting top-tier candidates throughout their career journey. You’ll work closely with our Senior Talent Consultant and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with professionals across the hospitality and construction industries.
  • Talent Sourcing: Use advanced search techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, niche platforms) to identify high-potential candidates.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, notes, and activity logs in our recruitment system.
  • Pipeline Development: Strategically build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Pre-screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Talent Consultant to understand client needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional hiring patterns to advise clients and candidates effectively.

  • Experienced or familiar with both hospitality and construction recruitment landscapes.
  • Comfortable working across Caribbean and LATAM markets, with cultural sensitivity.
  • Organised and tech-savvy, with confidence using CRM systems and recruitment tools.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate care.
  • Driven by results, but grounded in empathy and long-term relationship building.
