Are you passionate about creating exceptional wellness experiences? We’re looking for a Wellness Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team in a luxury environment. This is a full-time leadership role focused on delivering world-class spa and fitness services for our members and guests.
About the Role
As Wellness Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of spa and fitness operations, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and financial performance. You’ll manage programming, staff development, budgeting, and training while maintaining seamless communication across the wellness team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and daily operations of spa, fitness, and locker room areas.
- Deliver exceptional service through adherence to SOPs and operational excellence.
- Develop and manage spa and fitness menus, programming, and promotional plans.
- Conduct private and group fitness and yoga sessions.
- Oversee spa therapists, fitness instructors, and attendants, ensuring top-tier performance.
- Manage inventory, billing, and reporting for spa and fitness services.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and business plans.
- Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or related field.
- 3–4 years in luxury hospitality or wellness environments.
- 2–3 years in a management role.
- Certified personal trainer and/or yoga instructor with proven experience.
- Licensed in massage therapy, cosmetology, or aesthetics (preferred).
- CPR/AED and First Aid certified.
