Group Learning and Development Manager

As the Group Training & Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering impactful training programmes that support our service standards, meet compliance requirements, and drive team performance. You’ll work closely with leadership and compliance teams to ensure all learning initiatives are aligned with business goals and regulatory expectations, while managing the systems and tools that support ongoing development across the property.
The Role of Group Training & Development Manager
As Group Training & Development Manager, you will:

What We’re Looking For
- A degree in HR, education, organisational development, or a similar field that fuels your passion for people and learning.
- Group Training & Development Manager with 5 years of hands-on experience in HR or training—bonus points if it’s in the hospitality world.
- A creative approach to designing and delivering training, plus confidence managing learning platforms.
- A solid grasp of employment laws and compliance standards, especially within the TCI framework.
- Top-notch communication and facilitation skills—you know how to connect with people at every level.
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and learning systems to keep everything running smoothly.
