Project Manager (Luxury Villas)

Our client is seeking an exceptional Project Manager with a strong design background and proven experience delivering ultra-high-end luxury residential projects.

This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious development team responsible for creating some of the most exclusive luxury villas in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will initially work closely with the in-house design team for approximately 12 months, helping to drive projects through the design and pre-construction phases before transitioning into site-based project delivery.

The Role

Working alongside architects, consultants, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in managing the design development process, ensuring projects are fully coordinated, compliant, and ready for construction. As the project progresses, you will then lead execution on site, overseeing the delivery of bespoke luxury villas to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design development through to construction completion.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with client expectations.
• Review and coordinate project documentation and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with American and international building codes and standards.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and project teams during construction.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship throughout project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience delivering ultra-luxury residential developments or high-end bespoke villas.
• Strong design background, ideally from architecture, design management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing projects through both design and construction phases.
• Thorough understanding of American building codes and international construction standards.
• Demonstrated success working closely with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for luxury construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver projects to the highest levels of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
