The Role

As Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee multiple dining outlets and bars while leading a team of approximately 50 hospitality professionals. The successful Food and Beverage Manager will ensure operational excellence, maintain service standards, manage costs effectively, and develop a high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day food and beverage operations.

• Leading and developing restaurant and bar teams.

• Driving guest satisfaction and service excellence.

• Controlling costs, budgets, and operational efficiencies.

• Monitoring inventory, purchasing, and financial performance.

• Supporting menu development and operational improvements.

• Training, coaching, and mentoring department leaders.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a proven Food and Beverage Manager with:

• Previous management experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale hospitality environments.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage cost control.

• Experience managing sizeable teams.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• A hands-on management approach.

• The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.

• Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise.

• Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates with Caribbean or regional hospitality experience will be highly regarded.
