We are recruiting for a senior leadership opportunity with a prestigious Caribbean resort seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead its multi-outlet operation. This is a hands-on executive role requiring a commercially minded leader who can balance operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and guest engagement. 

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will oversee two distinctive dining concepts while driving overall Food & Beverage performance across the resort. This position plays a key role within the senior leadership team and will be responsible for operational strategy, revenue growth, service excellence, and the development of a high-performing team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Food & Beverage operation across multiple outlets.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective commercial planning.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Develop innovative ideas to enhance guest experience and increase outlet performance.
• Partner with culinary and operational teams to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Monitor business trends, guest feedback, and market opportunities.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and succession planning initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee health, safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and business objectives. 

What We’re Looking For

• Senior Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant concepts.
• Strong food-focused operational background.
• Good understanding of beverage operations and trends.
• Excellent financial acumen, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and guest engagement.
• Experience developing teams and improving operational performance.
• Confident communicator with strong guest interaction skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Experience

• Caribbean hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Experience within luxury resort environments.
• Knowledge of restaurant reservation and POS systems such as OpenTable and Silverware.
• Background working with high-end dining concepts and destination resorts.
