As Retail Manager, you will oversee three luxury boutiques, leading a motivated team while ensuring outstanding guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining the highest retail standards. The successful Retail Manager will be a hands-on leader, a skilled merchandiser, and an exceptional salesperson with a passion for luxury retail and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of multiple luxury resort boutiques.
• Drive sales performance and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop retail team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Monitor inventory management, stock control, and retail profitability.
• Develop and execute promotional initiatives and merchandising strategies.
• Analyse sales trends and implement opportunities for growth.
• Maintain brand standards and operational excellence across all retail outlets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve commercial objectives.

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager within luxury hospitality, resort, or high-end retail environments.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing luxury boutiques or premium retail concepts.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and profit optimization.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
