A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Director to join a highly respected international development organisation delivering world-class luxury projects.

We are seeking a commercially minded Project Director with a proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-value developments from concept through to completion. The Role

As Project Director, you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational delivery of multiple luxury development projects, ensuring they are completed on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

The successful Project Director will work closely with executive leadership, investors, consultants, architects, contractors and project teams to drive project performance and maximise long-term asset value. 

This Project Director position offers the opportunity to become involved in projects from the earliest planning and development stages, overseeing everything from feasibility and design through to procurement, construction and final delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, budgets, programmes and commercial performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Drive procurement and contract administration activities.
• Oversee construction delivery and quality assurance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and executive reporting.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and lead project teams whilst promoting operational excellence. 

Candidate Requirements

The ideal Project Director will possess:

• A minimum of 10 years’ senior construction, development or project leadership experience.
• Proven delivery of luxury hospitality, resort, residential or high-end mixed-use developments.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects from inception through completion.
• Degree qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Construction degree.
