We are seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue & Yield Manager to drive revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and distribution performance within a high-end resort environment in the Caribbean. About the Role
The Revenue & Yield Manager is responsible for maximizing overall revenue performance through dynamic pricing, inventory control, and effective distribution channel management. You will lead revenue strategy, oversee system performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure market competitiveness across the Caribbean landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
Lead regular revenue and yield meetings to align stakeholders on performance and strategy
Monitor competitor trends, market demand, and booking patterns to inform commercial decisions
Manage inventory, rate structures, and distribution channels to ensure consistency and profitability
Oversee PMS, channel management systems, and third-party integrations to maintain data accuracy and connectivity
Evaluate channel performance and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI
Lead wholesale contracting, rate negotiations, and partner engagement initiatives
Produce accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to support budgeting and decision-making
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance to align on commercial objectives
Mentor and support team members in revenue management best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related discipline (advanced qualifications preferred)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in revenue management within a luxury resort or hotel setting
Strong expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, and inventory management
Advanced proficiency with Opera Cloud (PMS), SynXis (CRS / Channel Manager), revenue systems, and analytical tools
Demonstrated success managing multi-channel distribution and complex rate structures
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within the Caribbean hospitality sector is preferred.
