Construction Foreman Job Role

As Construction Foreman, you will:

• Supervise and guide construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
• Coordinate daily site operations, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor project progress and report updates using Procore software.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Interpret construction drawings and apply basic math and geometry for layout and measurements.
• Address client concerns related to finishes and ensure timely resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain productivity.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and Bahamas building codes.
• Competence in using iPads and Procore software.
• Valid and clean driving license.
• Clean criminal record.
