We’re seeking a detail-driven professional to lead the finishing stage of a high-specification project, ensuring precision, quality, and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting Out & Technical Expertise
- Perform accurate setting-out for architectural, structural, and MEP elements.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications for flawless execution.
- Verify levels, alignments, and dimensions for partitions, ceilings, joinery, stonework, tiling, and specialist installations.
Site Coordination & Management
- Act as the lead engineer for finishing works, coordinating subcontractors and consultants
- Resolve technical issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Oversee daily site operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement QA/QC processes for all finishing activities.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with luxury-grade standards.
Experience you need
- 5–10 years postgraduate experience in **high-end residential or hospitality construction**.
- Expertise in **setting out during finishing stages**.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and luxury finishing standards.
- Proficiency with **surveying instruments** (Total Station, GPS, laser levels) and relevant software.
