About the Role:

As the Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will support the strategic direction of the People & Culture function, driving excellence across engagement, learning, talent development, and HR operations. You will collaborate with leaders across the resort to strengthen service culture, enhance team member experiences, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in a world-class Caribbean setting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Championing a culture of collaboration, engagement, and service excellence.
  • Supporting industrial relations, compliance, and ethical workplace practices.
  • Leading recruitment initiatives and fostering internal mobility.
  • Enhancing learning and development programs aligned with luxury standards.
  • Managing HR operations, analytics, and strategic planning efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ HR experience in luxury hospitality, including leadership experience.
  • Strong industrial relations knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
  • A collaborative, empathetic leadership style rooted in integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑volume luxury environment in the Caribbean.
