A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a very well‑established consultancy in the Caribbean as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This role is perfect for a self‑driven QS with strong PQS experience who thrives in a hands‑on environment and is comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role

You will play a key role across a diverse portfolio of high‑value developments, including luxury private villas, resort hotels, and large‑scale commercial projects. This is a client‑facing role requiring exceptional communication, technical ability, and confidence in managing end‑to‑end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage several projects at once, working independently with minimal supervision
• Deliver full PQS services, including cost planning, estimates, BOQs, tender documentation, contract administration, and final accounts
• Provide accurate financial reporting and maintain strong cost control across all project stages
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project success
• Ensure adherence to local construction standards, cost structures, and timelines
• Represent the consultancy professionally in all client interactions

Requirements

• Senior Quantity Surveyor MUST have proven PQS consultancy experience (minimum 5+ years ideal)
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple concurrent projects
• Experience working on hotels, high‑end residential, or luxury villa developments
• MRICS qualified, or able to provide evidence of active progression toward chartership
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, measurement standards, and cost management
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Caribbean or international experience is advantageous, but not essential
