A prestigious luxury hospitality destination is seeking an experienced Beach Club Manager to lead all aspects of its vibrant beachfront and poolside operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic Beach Club Manager who thrives in a guest-focused environment and has a strong background in luxury Food & Beverage operations. The successful Beach Club Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, driving guest satisfaction, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring financial and operational success across all beach and pool experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As Beach Club Manager, you will:
- Oversee all daily beach and pool operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
- Build strong guest relationships and create personalised experiences that exceed expectations.
- Lead, mentor, coach and develop a team of supervisors and service professionals.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement initiatives that enhance the overall guest journey.
- Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Manage budgets, payroll, scheduling, inventory controls and departmental profitability.
- Drive revenue growth through creative sales initiatives and service enhancements.
- Maintain luxury service standards while creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and food handling regulations.
- Deliver ongoing training and professional development programmes for team members.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Beach Club Manager will possess:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar Beach Club Manager, Restaurant Manager, Resort Operations Manager or Food & Beverage leadership position within luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Exceptional guest engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing financial performance, payroll, labour costs and departmental budgets.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational compliance standards.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality-related systems.
- A hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification, or equivalent operational experience.
