Construction Manager – Residential Development 

Full-Time | Long-Term Career Opportunity | Expat Package Included

A well‑established private development group is hiring an experienced Construction Manager / Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large multi‑unit residential development in the Caribbean. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideally suited to someone with strong finishing experience, excellent coordination skills, and a proven ability to thrive in challenging island environments.

Key Responsibilities for the Residential Construction Manager:

• Lead the delivery of high‑quality residential units through 1st fix, 2nd fix, and finishing stages
• Supervise carpenters, painters, masons, plumbers, and specialist subcontractors
• Ensure accurate installation of windows, doors, joinery, trims, cabinetry and finishes
• Oversee quality control, punch lists, and warranty rectifications
• Coordinate daily activities between trades, management, and procurement teams
• Review drawings, schedules, and material lists
• Be present on site (approx. 70%) with 30% administrative work
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and timelines

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Caribbean/Island experience 
• Background in residential or mixed‑use construction
• Strong finishing and fit‑out expertise
• Proven experience supervising multi‑trade teams
• Comfortable working in developing‑nation or island environments
• Assertive, solutions‑driven, and calm under pressure
• Computer‑literate (Excel, drawings, reporting)
• Preferably: Single /Status

Work Schedule

• 6‑day working week
• Monday–Friday: 8am–5pm
