Technical Services Manager 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the engineering, maintenance, and technical operations across a high-end private estate environment.

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Technical Services Manager who can ensure all infrastructure, assets, and facilities are maintained to the highest possible standard while supporting a seamless luxury experience.

The Role

As Technical Services Manager, you will oversee all technical services, including engineering, maintenance, construction projects, and asset management. The successful Technical Services Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational reliability, safety, and efficiency across all systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering, maintenance, and technical teams
• Oversee infrastructure including power, water, and waste systems
• Ensure all preventative and reactive maintenance is delivered efficiently
• Manage construction, refurbishment, and capital projects
• Oversee fleet operations including vehicles and marine assets
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Develop and manage annual budgets and long-term capital plans
• Control stock, procurement, and contractor performance
• Implement and maintain asset management systems and reporting
• Ensure all facilities and equipment operate safely and effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior technical, engineering, or facilities role
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Solid project management and contract management capability
• Experience with budgeting, capital planning, and cost control
• Knowledge of infrastructure systems (electrical, water, mechanical)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS preferred)
