About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team for an exclusive luxury development in the Caribbean. This project includes a world-class hotel and privately owned villas, requiring precision and expertise in site engineering and infrastructure works. As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate surveying, compliance with design specifications, and smooth execution of all engineering tasks.

Site Engineer Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site engineering and infrastructure works, including:
• Pipes, conduits, plumbing, and related services
• Perform surveying and setting out using:
• Total Station
• GPS Survey System
• Ensure accurate measurements and compliance with design specifications
• Prepare reports and manage documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain timelines and quality standards

Site Engineer Profile:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of surveying and infrastructure installation
• Ability to manage field operations effectively
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Experience preferred over formal qualifications; not suitable for recent graduates

Work Schedule:

• 6 days per week initially; may increase to 7 days near completion
• 4 weeks annual holiday (some during Christmas)
