Are you an inspiring Wellness Director with a passion for creating exceptional wellness experiences in a highly personalised luxury environment? We are seeking a talented Wellness Director to lead and elevate a growing wellness programme at an exclusive hospitality destination renowned for its exceptional service, intimate guest experiences, and breathtaking natural surroundings.

As the Wellness Director, you will oversee all wellness operations while remaining hands-on with guests. This is not a purely administrative position. The successful Wellness Director will engage directly with guests through wellness consultations, fitness sessions, Pilates, yoga, massage treatments, and tailored wellbeing experiences.

The ideal Wellness Director will be a visible ambassador for wellness, building meaningful relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences that encourage health, balance, and personal transformation. You will lead by example, working closely with both guests and colleagues to deliver world-class service standards.

Due to the remote location and accommodation setup, a single candidate or an individual with a flexible lifestyle is preferred. However, all suitably qualified applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all wellness operations.
• Deliver personalised wellness experiences, classes, and treatments.
• Conduct private fitness, Pilates, yoga, and wellbeing sessions.
• Build strong relationships with guests through genuine engagement.
• Develop innovative wellness programmes and events.
• Ensure exceptional service standards throughout the wellness operation.
• Act as a key ambassador for the resort’s wellness philosophy.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to continually enhance the guest experience.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a senior wellness leadership role.
• Background in luxury hospitality, wellness retreats, private clubs, resorts, or high-end lifestyle environments.
• Certifications in wellness, fitness, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
• Confident delivering treatments and wellness sessions personally.
• Highly personable, professional, and engaging.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with discerning guests.
• Comfortable living and working within a close-knit hospitality community.
• Passionate about wellness, healthy living, and guest engagement.
