We are recruiting an experienced Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the bar and lounge operations of a prestigious luxury resort. About the Role

As Beverage Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for multiple beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards, quality control, and consistent guest satisfaction. You will be a visible leader on the floor, driving performance during peak service while maintaining a refined, welcoming atmosphere.
The Beverage Manager will work closely with senior Food & Beverage leadership to align service delivery with brand standards, increase average spend, and maximise revenue opportunities across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all bars and lounge areas
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing beverage teams
• Maintain full control of beverage inventory, stock levels, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Curate beverage menus, promotions, and wine lists
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service standards
• Deliver a personalised guest experience in a luxury hospitality setting

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a senior bar, beverage, or Food & Beverage management role
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends
• Demonstrated leadership abilities within luxury hotels or resorts
• Commercially focused with experience in controlling costs and driving revenue
• Excellent communication and team development skills
