The Role
As Estate Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the estate, leading a dedicated team and acting as the primary point of contact. The successful Estate Manager will ensure every detail is flawlessly executed, creating bespoke and unforgettable stays.
Estate Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing estate team
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to homeowners and guests
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring luxury standards are consistently met
- Develop and implement tailored SOPs to align with client preferences
- Manage guest journeys from pre-arrival through to departure
- Coordinate events, experiences, and special requests
- Build strong, trusted relationships with homeowners
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control
- Maintain estate presentation, condition, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with wider teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or estate management
- Proven leadership experience in a high-end service environment
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Experience working with high-net-worth or VIP clients
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
