Sales Executive

Location: Dominican Republic (Field‑Based / Remote – Punta Cana or Samaná)

We are representing a rapidly expanding luxury property management business that is launching operations in the Dominican Republic. They are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Executive to play a key role in building their presence and portfolio in this market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship‑driven professional who thrives in a field‑based role, enjoys autonomy, and understands the standards expected within luxury real estate and hospitality.

The Role

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving portfolio growth by securing new luxury villa and high‑end condominium properties. Acting as the on‑the‑ground commercial lead, you will develop strong relationships across the local property and real estate market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end‑to‑end acquisition of luxury properties
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, developers, and realtors
  • Independently generating and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Clearly communicating the value of a data‑driven, strategic property management offering
  • Acting as an ambassador for a premium, five‑star brand presence on the island

Candidate Profile

We are looking to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • A natural ability to build trust and long‑term relationships
  • A self‑motivated, independent working style
  • Strong knowledge of the Dominican Republic luxury property market
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • A valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Previous sales experience is advantageous, but mindset, market understanding, and relationship skills are most important.
