We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a luxury resort kitchen in the Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on culinary professional to assist in delivering high-quality cuisine, lead kitchen operations, and support a dynamic team.

The Role of the Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you will:

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in all dishes.
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage food preparation, inventory, and ordering to maintain quality and control costs.
• Contribute creatively to menu development and culinary innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent culinary skills, with a keen attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of Caribbean cuisine and local ingredients is a plus.
